Added - Chat Feature

Added a new "Chat" feature for our forum members today.

Great idea suggested by Choochoojr.


I thought it would be cool to have members talking or being alerted about deals real time or just chat, but I'm afraid this feature might take away from the forum.

I need to think about this one a little more.
